Fredrikshamn white reading wall light, E27 metal bell lampshade

White lacquered bell and chrome arm

The base is a white disc fixed to the wall. From its side a chrome rod rises at an angle, then curves round to the horizontal; at its end, a chrome fitting holds the 14 cm diameter bell, facing downwards. The structure and lampshade are made of metal, lacquered in the same white.

Light directed onto your reading

The E27 lampholder is rated for 40 W, and the bulb is sold separately. The closed shape of the bell concentrates the light on a precise area rather than the whole room: for reading, a warm white E27 LED, 2700 K, remains comfortable (recommendation). IP20 rating: bedroom, living room, study, all dry rooms. Class II, meaning double insulation.

Installing above a bedside table

At 29 cm high, the wall light projects 38 cm: allow this clearance in front of the wall. Above a bedside table, allow roughly 1.10 to 1.20 m from the floor for the wall plate; beside an armchair, mount it a little higher. It weighs only 0.6 kg, so fixing with two wall plugs suited to your wall is enough.
