Verdes Silver Wall Light with Cascading Crystal Prisms, 2 Lights

Two tiers of prisms beneath a crown

A silver-finish steel crown, lightly brushed, serves as the support. Crystal glass rods with a prismatic cross-section hang from its edge, arranged in a semicircle. A second row, shorter and narrower, drops lower at the centre and creates the stepped silhouette typical of Art Deco light fittings.

Light multiplied by the glass

The two E14 lampholders each accept a maximum of 40 W; bulbs are sold separately. Each prism breaks up the light and casts sparkles onto the wall and the nearby ceiling. Small clear bulbs remain invisible behind the rods. Its IP20 rating makes it suitable for living rooms and bedrooms only.

Useful dimensions

27 cm high, 25 cm long and 16 cm wide. Hang it about 1.70 m from the floor, and leave a little space above the crown so that the light travelling up towards the ceiling remains visible.
