Carimi globe wall light in satin black and white opal glass

An opal sphere on a black arm

The Carimi combines two materials: steel, painted satin black, for the wall plate and the arm, and white opal glass for the globe. The arm leaves the backplate, bends and then runs alongside the sphere, which seems to rest sideways against the wall. The black draws a crisp graphic line on a light wall.

Diffused light, bulb to be supplied

The opal glass conceals the light source and spreads the light all around the globe, towards the ceiling as well as the floor. The wall light takes a single bulb, not included: choose a warm white LED, around 2700 K, for a glowing glass without a bright spot. IP20 rating: use it only in dry rooms (living room, bedroom, hallway).

Dimensions and mounting height

Allow 20.5 cm in height, 22 cm in width and 15 cm in length. In a hallway, fit it at about 1.70 m from the floor; for reading above a bedside table, a little lower, at shoulder height when sitting up in bed.
