Zelda wall light in polished nickel with spheres and frosted glass tulip shade

Polished spheres and frosted glass

A round steel backplate in a polished nickel finish holds a short, straight arm. At its end, three stacked balls form the base of the tulip shade: the largest in the centre, a smaller one above and another below. The conical diffuser, in white frosted glass, flares upwards and lets the shape of the bulb show through faintly.

An E27 under frosted glass

The E27 lampholder accepts up to 60 W; the bulb is not supplied with the wall light. A standard 2700 K LED gives a soft light through the glass. The manufacturer states that it is compatible with a dimmer, provided a dimmable bulb is used. Rated IP20, it is for dry rooms only, never near a shower.

On either side of a mirror or a bed

It measures 14 cm wide with a projection of 14.6 cm and weighs 1.8 kg. As a pair, it frames an entrance hall mirror or a headboard; place the shade at about 1.60 m from the floor in a corridor, a little lower in a bedroom.
