Directed, glare-free light

Place the lamp on the side opposite your writing hand to avoid shadows, and angle it so it doesn’t reflect on the screen. An adjustable head or articulated arm makes positioning easy.

A colour that helps you focus

Neutral white light, around 4,000 K, suits daytime work; a warmer tone is more pleasant at the end of the day.
