About this light

This 5-light chrome ceiling light from the Gardenia range arranges its opal glass shades in a crown around a polished cup. Between the five arms, slender stems intertwine and carry small leaves and crystal drops. The white glass softens the light, while the metal and crystal add sparkle. Ideal for the centre of a living room, dining room or large bedroom.

Description

A crown of five white glass shades

The inverted-cone chrome cup supports five arms that curve outwards. Each arm ends in a metal ring and an opal glass shade, open to the side. The finer decorative stems form a bouquet at the centre; their leaves and cut crystals sparkle when the ceiling light is switched on.

Five E14 bulbs of your choice

The light takes five E14 bulbs of 40 W, which you buy separately. It is compatible with a dimmer; in that case, check that the bulbs are dimmable too. For a soft light in a living room, a 2700 K E14 LED is a good choice. IP20 rating: for use in a dry room, not in a bathroom.

60 cm span, weighing 3 kg

Its height of 20 cm keeps it close to the ceiling, which is useful if the room has a low ceiling. The arms span 60 cm in diameter, enough to light a medium to large room. At 3 kg, it requires a secure fixing in the ceiling. Protection Class I: earth connection required.
