About this light

Black 3-spot LED ceiling light from the Handlebar range: three slim tubes, similar to bicycle handlebar grips, extend from a 34 cm round plate. Each tube conceals an integrated 7 W LED at its tip and can be angled independently of the others. A graphic way to light an island, a desk or a corner of the living room from a single light point.

Description

Three black tubes in handlebar style

The circular plate in mild steel painted black carries three short arms. On each one pivots a narrow cylinder in black aluminium and acrylic, 3.2 cm in diameter, reminiscent of a bicycle grip. The LED is recessed at the end of the tube, behind a small clear diffuser: from a distance, you only see a point of light.

Integrated 7 W LEDs, focused beam

The light sources are supplied and housed in the tubes, in 3000 K warm white: there is no bulb to choose. The intensity is fixed. The narrow beam is mainly suited to lighting specific areas rather than an entire room. IP20 rating: this ceiling light is for indoor installation, in a room protected from damp, and not outdoors.

A 34 cm plate on the ceiling

The whole fits within a 34 cm square with a total height of 16 cm, making it easy to place in the centre of a small room or above a coffee table. Point one tube at a picture and the other two towards the floor to combine accent and supplementary light.
