Bright brass and a fabric cone
Here, the brass keeps its true golden shade, with no patina. The slim stem rises from a round, slightly domed base and ends in a horizontal arm with two bends, which holds the lampshade away from the column. The plain, smooth cream fabric cone softens the shine of the metal.
A lamp for reading and working
Fitted with an E27 lampholder (60 W maximum), it is used with a bulb that must be purchased separately. The wide opening at the bottom of the lampshade directs the light onto your hands and the page.
