A globe on a hexagonal base

The opal polycarbonate globe rests in a black ring held by slender branches, then on a short baluster that widens towards a six-sided base. Polymer and polycarbonate resist corrosion and knocks, an advantage next to a path where bikes and the lawnmower go by.

Lighting and protection

One E27 bulb, up to 60 W, not included; the light accepts a dimmer if the bulb is dimmable. The globe diffuses light in all directions: the bollard light marks the way rather than lighting the ground. Thanks to its IP44 rating, it can stay outdoors all year round, in the rain, on an uncovered pillar or at the foot of a wall. Class II, no earth connection.

Fixing to a pillar or low wall

Weighing 2.79 kg with a diameter of 27 cm, it sits on the cap of a standard gate pillar. Fix the base to a flat surface and bring the cable in from underneath, protected in a conduit.
