Chawton picture light in polished brass, 40.2 cm, 2 lights

Polished brass, mirror effect

The polished brass finish gives the steel a brilliant gold shine. The faceted sides of the reflector each catch a different highlight. The moulded wall plate and the two angled arms share the same finish; the ball joints are locked with a thumbscrew once the right angle is found.

Light directed down onto the canvas

Open at the bottom, the reflector directs the light of two E14 bulbs, 40 W maximum each, to be purchased separately. We recommend warm white E14 LED bulbs: they give off little heat and show colours faithfully. With dimmable bulbs, a dimmer can be installed. IP20: living room, bedroom, hallway, away from damp.

Size and installation

40.2 cm wide and 11.9 cm high, it projects 18.6 cm and stays compact above a medium-sized picture. It weighs 1.26 kg. Position it at the centre of the frame, a few centimetres higher, and remember the earth wire (Class I).
