About this light

This mirror and black glass wall light takes the shape of a fan: a rectangular mirror plate in the centre, set on two flared wings where mirror alternates with black glass. The E14 bulb, hidden behind the plates, lights the wall all around. Use it on its own above a console table, or as a pair on either side of a bed or fireplace.

Description

A fan of mirror glass and black glass

Three glass plates are layered together. In the foreground, a vertical mirror strip held by two visible screws; behind it, two wings opening upwards, where mirror alternates with strips of black glass. The black and silver contrast recalls Art Deco lines. The whole piece projects just 6 cm from the wall.

Indirect light around the plates

The E14 bulb, 40 W maximum, sits behind the glass: it lights the wall around the wall light rather than the whole room. It is accent lighting for a hallway, living room or bedroom. Bulbs not included: a small warm white LED is enough. With its IP20 rating, the wall light is for dry rooms only; in a bathroom, only above the mirror, away from the shower and bath.

Installation and dimensions

26 cm high and 25 cm wide, it weighs 0.9 kg. In a hallway, fix it at about 1.70 m from the floor. To add rhythm to a long wall, line up several at regular intervals.
