Portico 2-light chrome wall light with white lampshades and crystal drops

Curved arms, cut glass and pleated fabric

The round wall backplate, in polished chrome, is edged with a row of beads. Two arched arms rise from it towards faceted glass cups, on which the lampshades rest. The shades have a square base and flare outwards towards the bottom, in pleated white fabric. A glass drop hangs beneath each arm and casts reflections once the wall light is switched on.

Light softened by the fabric

The wall light has two 33 W G9 lampholders; bulbs must be bought separately. The fabric filters the light, which escapes mainly through the top and bottom of the lampshades: it is ambient lighting for a living room, bedroom or hallway, not task lighting. Its IP20 rating makes it suitable for dry rooms only.

Dimensions and mounting height

The wall light measures 29 cm wide by 23 cm high and projects 17 cm from the wall, which remains compatible with a hallway of standard width. It weighs 0.9 kg and connects to a wall outlet with an earth wire (Class I). Position it at about 1.60 to 1.70 m from the floor; when fitting a pair around a mirror or a bed, align both at the same height.
