Balance wall light in brown and polished brass, 16 cm cylindrical lampshade

Mocha brown, polished brass and gold lining

The backplate and arm are in mocha brown lacquered steel; the rings and the piece connecting the arm to the lampshade are in polished brass. The linen-effect lampshade conceals a gold metallic lining that lightly tints the reflected light. The Balance range is made in England by Elstead.

Light softened by the diffuser

One E27 lampholder, 40 W maximum, bulb not included. Beneath the lampshade, the acrylic diffuser hides the bulb and softens the light. The wall light works with a dimmer: simply choose a dimmable LED bulb in a standard shape, which fits without difficulty. IP20: living room, bedroom or study, not for damp rooms.

Projection and mounting height

The arm holds the lampshade 26 cm from the wall, for a total height of 23.7 cm. Above a bedside table, allow about 1.20 m between the floor and the backplate to read without glare. In a hallway, keep this projection in mind. A white and polished nickel version is available.
