Light the worktop well

Position the lights so that you don’t cast your own shadow on the worktop: adjustable spotlights or a row of pendants above the island. Neutral white light, around 3,000 to 4,000 K, helps with precise tasks.

Easy-care materials

Near the hob, choose metal or glass, which are easy to clean, and simple shapes that collect little grease.
